How this site handles your information
Last updated
This page explains what information margieluporealestate.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: I only collect what you choose to send me or what helps me understand how the site is used, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
What you send me
When you fill out the Get Started form, I receive your name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell me about your plans: the neighborhood, whether you're buying or selling, your timeline, and your message.
When you request a home value report, I receive your property address, details about the home such as upgrades and a pool, your selling timeline, and your name, email, and phone number.
If you call, text, or email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that message.
How I use it
I use what you send to reply to you, prepare the report or answer you asked for, and follow up about your move. Form submissions are saved as a contact in BoldTrail, the customer relationship system I use to keep track of clients, and you may receive emails from me sent through it. Every one of those emails includes a way to stop receiving them.
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site and my CRM, and only so they can do that work.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. These tools use cookies and similar technology to count visits, see which pages are useful, and measure whether ads lead to someone getting in touch. Google's use of that data is covered by Google's own privacy policy, and you can limit ad personalization in your Google account settings or with your browser's cookie controls.
The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which report page views and loading speed in aggregate without using cookies.
Your choices
You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email margielupo@gmail.com or call (925) 200-0717 and I'll take care of it. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works without them.
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
