About Margie
A home is more than walls and a roof.
It's where life happens, where families grow, and where memories are made. This is not just about transactions — it's about trust, connection, and doing what's right.

Thirty-five years on every side of the deal
Most agents know one side of the deal. I've worked them all.
1990s
Mortgage & Lending
I learned how financing actually works — qualification, underwriting, and what derails deals before they close.
1995
Real Estate License
I brought every side of the transaction to the sales floor — not because I planned it, but because I'd already lived it.
Late 1990s
Title & Escrow
I moved into title insurance and escrow, learning the behind-the-scenes mechanics most agents never see.
2007
Broker License
I earned my Broker license and went deep on Bay Area families buying and selling homes.
Today
Trilogy Resident & Specialist
I live on Chardonnay Lane in Trilogy at the Vineyards. I know every floor plan, upgrade, and neighbor — because they're my neighbors.

Broker Associate · DRE #01193496
My career in real estate didn't start with a sales license. It started in mortgage lending, where I learned how financing actually works — not the simplified version agents give you, but the real mechanics of qualification, underwriting, and what can go wrong between pre-approval and closing.
That background means I can spot a mortgage qualification issue before it derails your timeline. I understand title complications that blindside typical agents. I can navigate escrow complexities that cause closings to fall apart at the last minute.
Today, I focus on what I know best: Brentwood, Trilogy at the Vineyards, Discovery Bay, Hayward, Pleasanton, and the wider East Bay. Work with me, and you'll know which floor plans get the best natural light, which lots have the best views, and which upgrades actually add value — before you write anything down.
My vision is to help hundreds of families find their place in the world, to build a life and business I am proud of, and to give back in meaningful ways.

Selling, buying, downsizing, or just curious — write or call and I'll get back to you personally, usually the same day. Coffee in Downtown Brentwood works too.
